As a nurse, I knew the important role physical therapy has in rehabilitation, whether due to a surgical procedure, injury or disease process to name a few. However, it wasn’t until I slipped on a drop of water on the tile floor that I came to fully understand the benefit of physical therapy. It takes a lot of effort to participate in therapy when you’re in pain. I’m happy I chose Heim Physical Therapy. Not only is the facility in Manorville staffed with knowledgeable, compassionate people, it’s very clean. Hope and Laurie were always pleasant and accommodating in scheduling appointments and dealing with the nonsense of the insurance company. For the most part, Matt Heim worked with me weekly (sometimes 2 times a week) to get me moving again. I am so thankful for the care he provided. On the few occasions that I couldn’t be seen by Matt, Sam took excellent care of me. To all the staff at Heim Physical Therapy; TJ, Matt, Erin, Sam, Hope, Laurie and Brian…keep up the great work.
